BackBurner Vids

I recently posted these three videos we shot in late 2005 up on youtube, and it's been fun seeing what people think of them nearly three years after filming. A lot of times, things I film will sit for a while after weeks of a heavy editing and I won't come back to them for months. For one reason or another, I wasn't exactly sure how to finish these off. Finally, last week I decided enough time had passed where I could let them just be what they were and I threw em up. I realized what was most important was having the videos available online to look back on what we were trying to do creatively at the time, and most of all, remember the fun we had while making it. In light of this revelation, I'm going to try and upload a butt-load of movies I've made from years past: All City On Film stuff dating to back 2004 when I first got my big camera, movies I made for school projects, and even back to the in-camera edit days of the Sony CamCorder. I'm also going to be blogging a lot more, so check back on this guy for updates or check the youtube directly (www.youtube.com/imonpublicaccess) for new uploads. It should be fun.

ROBBERS!
(2005) Two burglars enter a house with hopes of snagging some serious loot. Unfortunately, all they find (save for a buzz-saw) are two other robbers who've zeroed in on the same house. Can the two groups learn to co-burgle?

RECORDING
(2005) Recording the perfect song involves some creative experimentation.

THE TALK
(2005) A kid's suspicion that his Dad has found his bag of weed turns out to be his father's search for existential relevance.
